Pan Impact Foundation

Creating pathways for first-generation Africans to thrive personally, educationally, and professionally.

At Pan Impact Foundation (PIF), we empower African students (high school, college), as well as early-career professionals, with the tools, resources, and connections they need to succeed while strengthening their sense of purpose, identity, and community.
PIF serves the African diaspora—particularly those in low-resourced communities—by providing programs that foster growth, connection, and empowerment. From faith-based initiatives to professional development, our work reflects the collective values of service, education, and belonging.

My Role

As a Board Member and Program Lead, I help shape the vision and drive impactful change. On the board, I provide strategic oversight, secure resources, ensure accountability, and advocate for our mission. As a program lead, I’m designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that directly address community needs, while fostering team collaboration. By blending strategic guidance with hands-on leadership, I ensure PIF delivers transformative programs, empowers individuals, and creates lasting, positive change in the community.

Our Vision A future where African youth are empowered, united in service, and equipped with the knowledge and resources to thrive.
